After the staging, the home looked incredible!, and increased in value by almost $27,500. By updating some furniture, painting a few walls, and adding just the right accessories, this home went from the "middle of the road to high end".

Home Staging Event
November 14 – 16, 2005
This event was a great success, with the help of partners: Delcor Painting; Gettin Around To It Personal Organizers; and Best Buds Flower Company.
Together, we transformed an Ottewell area home from drab to fab and increased the value of the home by just over $17,000! This Home Staging Event was a great example of how little things can make all the difference to get a big result. Simple approaches such as painting out light fixtures to cover up dated brass around the house can make all the difference.
